• Condition:    New – Dyno’d and ready for dispatch
• Block Work:    Hot tank cleaned, crack tested, sonic tested, half grout filled, main tunnel line honed, decks machined to zero deck height & true to crankshaft centre line, bored & plateau honed with torque plates, notched for clearance for new crankshaft, cam bearings fitted, core plugs & cam plug fitted.
• Crankshaft:    New 9000 series crankshaft, balanced with mallory metal and linished.
• Con-Rods:    New Scat H-Beam 6.0″ rods, balanced and size checked.
• Heads:    VN style, cleaned, crack tested, new bronze valve guide liners, surfaced, valve seats machined with special contoured profile & mild ported to suit 2.020″ stainless steel intake valves & 1.6″ stainless steel exhaust valves, assembled with New valve springs, retainers, collets and corrected spring pressures.
• Pistons:    SRP flat top forged alloy pistons.
• Bearings:    ACL Race big end and main bearings, ACL .002″ camshaft bearings.
• Camshaft:    41725 Crow camshaft – 242-246 duration, .623″-.623″ lift, 109° Lobe Separation.
• Valve Springs:    Crow cams double race springs.
• Valve Train:    New crow cams lifters, valve springs, retainers, collets, positive valve seals, pushrods & timing set.
• Timing Set:    Crow double row roller chain with new cnc gears.
• Oil Pump:    New high volume oil pump.
• Harmonic Balancer:     Powerbond Street balancer.
• Fasteners:    ARP main and head bolts.
• Core Plugs:    Brass core plugs.
• Ignition:    Autolite Spark Plugs, MSD Pro billet distributor, MSD 6AL ignition, MSD Blaster 3 coil & Eagle 9mm lead set.
• Intake:    Edelbrock RPM Air-Gap manifold, Edelbrock chrome air filter & Brawler 650cfm mechanical carb.
• Cooling:    GMB brand water pump with cast impellor.
• Oil:    K&N HP oil filter, Tritech lubricants 15W50 synthetic oil.

Upgrades fitted to this engine over standard HP2 engine:

• Machined for positive type valve seal.
• Machined for screw in rocker studs.
• 41725 hydraulic roller cam instead of 5761 flat tappet hydraulic cam.
• Scorpion Endurance series roller rockers.
• ARP rocker studs.
• Crow Cams guide plates.
• MSD 6AL ignition.
• MSD Pro billet distributor instead of MSD Ready2Run distributor.
• PowerBond street balancer instead of standard type balancer.
