Block:Hot tank cleaned, crack tested, sonic tested, main tunnel line honed, decks machined to zero deck height & true to crankshaft centre line, bored & plateau honed with torque plates, cam bearings fitted, core plugs & cam plug fitted.
Crankshaft:OEM crankshaft, Hot tank cleaned, Crack tested, Ground, balanced and linished.
Con-rods:OEM conrods, Re-Sized and balanced with new ARP bolts.
Heads:Cleaned, crack tested, new bronze valve guide liners, surfaced, valve seats machined to class rules and assembled with new valve springs, retainers, collets and corrected spring pressures.
Pistons:Hypereutectic pistons.
Rings:Hastings or Sealed Power moly rings.
